Lead and grow the India engineering team (initially 5 engineers) across product, SRE, and InfoSec; own technical roadmap, drive scalable secure systems, mentor and hire, partner with US product and data teams, and implement engineering best practices for reliability and incident response.

Support commission and bonus plan administration: maintain deal and participant data across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Google Sheets, DocuSign, and NetSuite; review commercial documents; validate calculations and outputs; handle exceptions and stakeholder questions; maintain SOPs and controls; support additional revenue accounting tasks over time.
