The Group Manager, Product Design will lead and mentor a design team, manage design projects, and harness AI tools to drive innovation in product strategies and user experiences.

Design and prototype enterprise SaaS experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Conduct user research, create journey maps and task flows, collaborate with PMs and engineers, steward the design system, influence product strategy, and mentor other designers to drive measurable outcomes.

Design, build, and operate batch and real-time data ingestion and transformation pipelines. Develop platform components (storage, compute, pipelines), monitoring, alerting, and data-quality tooling. Diagnose production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and build AI-powered agents to automate engineering and operational tasks.

Administer and govern the Snowflake-centered data platform and related tools (Databricks, Fivetran, dbt, Airflow, Monte Carlo). Optimize performance, implement data security (dynamic masking, RLS, SSO/SAML), automate operations with Python/SQL, monitor costs and resource usage, and optionally manage Tableau Cloud.
