Lead build and release engineering for firmware development, including architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, improving development and release processes, debugging application-to-infrastructure issues, and implementing code and design improvements. Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and reliability of Sibros’ core vehicle-to-cloud infrastructure, including OTA orchestration, remote commands, APIs, and data ingestion. Prioritize technical debt, scalability, security, and OEM requirements while defining system boundaries and platform abstractions. Partner with embedded, cloud, security, business development, and solutions teams to deliver scalable products, track reliability KPIs, and translate complex automotive infrastructure requirements into platform strategy.

Support internal employees, SaaS access, devices, inventory, vendors, office IT, and basic network systems. Automate repetitive workflows, build lightweight tools and dashboards, apply AI for productivity, document processes, and support access reviews and security hygiene. The role requires a practical generalist who can manage multiple initiatives, troubleshoot technology, coordinate vendors, and independently improve operational efficiency.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to global automotive OEMs, architecting secure, scalable cloud-native connected-vehicle and SDV platforms. Lead proof-of-concepts, architecture reviews, RFP support, enterprise integrations, and production-readiness efforts. Manage developers delivering custom solutions and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams. Translate business objectives into solutions involving vehicle-to-cloud connectivity, edge-to-cloud data pipelines, digital twins, predictive maintenance, OTA updates, and legacy enterprise systems.

Leads a backend engineering team developing scalable distributed systems for over-the-air software updates across millions of vehicles. Responsibilities include architecture, software development, technical guidance, team leadership, operational excellence, project management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with product, firmware, and QA teams.
