Oversee regional credit operations and portfolio performance across multiple branches. Review and approve credit applications, monitor portfolio risks and delinquencies, enforce RBI and internal policies, mentor branch credit teams, analyze credit data, streamline processes, and prepare performance reports for leadership.

Leads Video KYC credit operations, overseeing daily execution, team productivity, quality, escalations, staffing, SLAs, RBI compliance, and internal KYC controls. Identifies process gaps, reduces errors, tracks KPIs and MIS, provides leadership insights, and uses data to improve efficiency. Also mentors and trains the operations team while coordinating with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Product stakeholders.

Acquire and manage retail deposit customers, drive savings/current/fixed deposit growth, meet targets, deliver personalized banking solutions, ensure compliance, collaborate with branch and product teams, and prepare portfolio reports and MIS.

Manage end-to-end credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring for MSME and Loan Against Property products. Assess creditworthiness through financial analysis, collateral review, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with sales, risk, and operations, monitor portfolio performance, identify early-warning signals, and recommend corrective actions to maintain portfolio quality.
