Implement and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for life sciences engagement. Design journeys, handle data ingestion/identity resolution, integrate systems via APIs/middleware, support consent/subscription management, perform testing/UAT, troubleshoot deliverability, and follow SDLC for compliant email, SMS, and omnichannel campaigns.

Test and validate DATAstream data loads, BI dashboards, reports, and pipelines. Build and execute test plans, perform SQL-based data quality checks, regression testing, and support UAT. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to find and resolve defects and ensure documentation and audit compliance.
