Designs and maintains dbt Core data models and scalable Snowflake transformation pipelines. Responsibilities include SQL development, performance tuning, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD practices, and translating business requirements into technical schemas. The consultant collaborates with analysts, business leads, project managers, and engineers while progressively delivering work independently across client projects.

Lead delivery of cloud data platform solutions: design and build pipelines on Snowflake/Databricks using SQL, PySpark and ETL tools, implement CI/CD, work client-facing to run workshops, mentor junior staff, and identify business value.

Lead multi-stream data and AI projects, own project plans, budgets and risks, run governance meetings, coordinate Architects/Data Engineers/AI teams, apply Snap's delivery methodology, manage senior stakeholders, and oversee multiple concurrent client engagements to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Lead enterprise data platform transformations across Snowflake and Databricks; mentor and develop associate consultants; own workstreams and client relationships with senior stakeholders; translate technical design into business value; shape practice standards, tooling, proposals and enablement; drive platform design to support analytics and AI at scale and identify account expansion opportunities.
