Leads supply planning and monthly SIOP cycles by translating demand into feasible supply plans. Manages inventory targets, identifies capacity and material constraints, monitors excess and obsolete stock, and coordinates with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, tollers, and commercial teams. Maintains planning parameters and master data, analyzes supply and inventory trends, performs root-cause analysis, and drives actions to improve service levels, inventory health, and planning accuracy.

Owns end-to-end accounting, financial controls, compliance, period-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support for international entities. Ensures US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and internal-control compliance; supports SAP implementation and stabilization. Oversees tax reporting, BPO partners, controllership transitions, process improvements, and financial reporting. Partners with business stakeholders and auditors while leading projects and resolving accounting or systems issues.

Manages inbound and outbound logistics operations in India, including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, inventory, dangerous goods, ISO tanks, and cylinders. Oversees logistics service providers, monitors delivery and cost performance, supports third-party warehouse and tolling projects, and develops scalable logistics solutions. Ensures compliance with Indian regulations, including PESO requirements, while driving network optimization, continuous improvement, documentation, and cross-functional regional logistics initiatives.
