Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns for SMSF customers, onboard new SMSF clients, support Customer Success, and process accounting transactions (reconciliations, contributions, pensions, rollovers, corporate actions). Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, handle complex transactions (LRBAs, crypto, foreign investments, derivatives, property), maintain workflow systems and file notes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage a growing portfolio of SMSF clients, deliver financial statements, tax returns and compliance obligations, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, improve processes, and support scaling of Stake Super services while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and excellent customer outcomes.
