Leads the design and delivery of scalable enterprise data platforms supporting financial research, analytics, automation, and AI solutions. Responsibilities include architecting data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses; defining ingestion, transformation, governance, and observability frameworks; managing multiple large-scale programs; mentoring engineering teams; and ensuring scalability, security, performance, and operational resilience.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, identify needs, promote products and services, and drive sales conversions. Responsibilities include upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, resolving queries, documenting interactions in CRM systems, routing specialized requests, and meeting sales, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. The role requires flexible availability for night and rotational shifts and may include voice or chat support.

Reviews US residential mortgage applications and supporting documents, analyzing borrower income, credit, assets, liabilities, employment, property value, and collateral. Performs Non-QM and DSCR scenario reviews, validates funds and discrepancies, applies underwriting guidelines, documents conditions in loan origination systems, and makes independent lending decisions. Collaborates with processors, communicates loan status, ensures regulatory compliance, and prepares pipeline, aging, and reconciliation reports.

Design and produce client-ready pitchbooks, proposals, infographics, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage intake, prioritize deadlines, maintain brand standards, incorporate feedback, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables for corporate stakeholders.

Support the deal team on infrastructure debt investments by building and maintaining underwriting and project finance models, performing sensitivities, drafting investment memos and committee presentations, monitoring portfolio financial/operational/compliance performance, and tracking industry news and third-party research.
