The Frontend Developer will maintain and improve the client's website, execute bug fixes, enhance performance, support feature development, and collaborate with design and product teams.

Manage customer accounts and payments: process, allocate, reconcile transactions, investigate discrepancies, follow up on failed or overdue payments, respond to customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, liaise with internal teams, escalate complex issues, and perform general administrative tasks according to company policies.

Lead a hands-on AI-first engineering pod to design, build, and ship agentic orchestration pipelines integrated with Slack, issue trackers, Git and CI/CD. Implement AI-assisted development responsibly, improve CI/CD and quality gates, modernize legacy .NET Core 2.1, mentor engineers, codify playbooks and guardrails, and ensure fintech-grade security and auditability.

Design and produce print, digital, and motion assets (including Google ad-ready HTML5 banners) from concept to final delivery. Maintain brand standards, prepare print-ready files and templates, retouch images, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with clients or remote teams to meet deadlines and quality measures.

Provide application support to customers: investigate issues, prioritize and escalate bugs, create UATs/workarounds, coordinate with developers, perform installs/upgrades, run release testing, and deliver training and documentation including video guides.
