Own features across the full software lifecycle, troubleshoot performance and production issues, contribute to architecture, and deliver scalable solutions using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks. Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams while providing technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement. Apply automated testing, CI/CD, accessibility, security, observability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Provides senior technical leadership and hands-on engineering for telecommunications network infrastructure, including NTU hardware, network integration, and Element Manager platforms. Designs and tests network solutions, troubleshoots complex L2/L3 issues, defines engineering standards, creates operational procedures and runbooks, mentors engineers, and collaborates with vendors. Develops automation using Python and Bash, applies AI-assisted solutions, and supports reliable, scalable network delivery.
