Lead API and frontend engineering teams building Keet, a peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app. Own technical design, API boundaries, engineering quality, reliability, and performance while partnering with product managers on roadmap and scope. Mentor team leads, establish operating clarity, unblock delivery, and contribute hands-on when needed. Requires strong JavaScript and React expertise, consumer product engineering leadership, product judgment, and familiarity with distributed, offline-first, and eventually consistent systems.
