Own the full HR function, including end-to-end hiring for specialist and leadership roles, talent retention, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, performance cycles, compensation planning, culture initiatives, and employee grievance resolution. Build scalable people systems, maintain documentation, strengthen employer branding, and partner closely with leadership in a fast-growing, distributed organization.

Design WhatsApp-based learning flows, visual communication assets, and user experiences for students in underserved communities. Support conversational design, graphic design, user research, journey mapping, QA, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams while applying feedback, maintaining design systems, and ensuring outputs are clear, accessible, and user-friendly.
