Lead the company’s learning and development strategy, including technical and non-technical curricula, GenAI enablement, knowledge management, training programs, team leadership, vendor and budget management, and learning analytics. Build scalable learning infrastructure, identify skill gaps, measure program effectiveness, partner with executives and technical leaders, and foster continuous employee development and internal mobility.

Manage talent operations across employee onboarding and offboarding, HR records, payroll, leave and attendance, benefits, compliance, HR systems, engagement, reporting, policy communication, employee relations, training support, and wellness initiatives. The role requires managing high-volume hiring, global stakeholders, HR technology, process automation, and analytics in a BPO environment. This is an onsite Pune position working 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, five days per week.
