Develops and enhances ServiceNow scoped applications and platform modules, including new features, components, APIs, and web capabilities. Responsibilities include client- and server-side scripting, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, release processes, technical support, and collaboration with engineering, QA, product, and architecture teams. The role also requires producing configurable, modular, accessible software and applying Scrum-based application development lifecycle practices.

Regional EPM support lead for APAC/India/EMEA managing OneStream/Oracle EPM user support, training, access, and communication. Serve as voice of the customer, partner with development to deliver reporting, improve month-end processes, produce SmartView-based reports, and ensure timely project deliveries while collaborating with finance stakeholders.
