Assist with client implementations of Nuvolo Connected Workplace on ServiceNow. Configure and customize EAM products, develop scripts and web services, build platform components, support Service Catalog and user interfaces, integrate third-party applications, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, perform peer reviews, and document technical designs and standards.

Designs and delivers temporary cooling rental solutions: assesses site thermal loads, engineers chilled water and air systems, selects rental assets, creates schematics and BOMs, manages installation/commissioning, troubleshoots mechanical/electrical issues, coordinates logistics, supervises field teams and contractors, and supports sales with technical proposals and presentations.

Regional EPM support lead for APAC/India/EMEA managing OneStream/Oracle EPM user support, training, access, and communication. Serve as voice of the customer, partner with development to deliver reporting, improve month-end processes, produce SmartView-based reports, and ensure timely project deliveries while collaborating with finance stakeholders.

Implement and configure Nuvolo Connected Workspace on the ServiceNow EAM platform. Develop scripts, integrations, Service Portal/UI Builder components, and Service Catalog solutions. Perform testing, peer code reviews, documentation, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and platform configurations.
