Design and build scalable ELT pipelines and data models using Databricks, dbt, Airflow and BI tools. Lead data governance, observability, and self-serve analytics initiatives; partner with data scientists, product and business stakeholders; mentor engineers and drive enterprise-wide data platform and architecture decisions to enable reliable, governed, and AI-enabled data products.

Drive operational efficiency for partner account management by identifying workflow bottlenecks, implementing automations (including GenAI), managing technical projects, establishing SOPs and metrics, and leading change across cross-functional teams to scale partner content launches and account operations.

Build and scale Coursera’s India channel program: recruit and enable partners serving universities, government, and PSEs; create playbooks, compliance and enablement materials; drive co-sell and partner-led revenue; analyze partner performance; negotiate agreements; and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and run partner business reviews.

Manage a large portfolio of 40+ educational and industry partner accounts to drive revenue, engagement, and partner satisfaction. Lead content launches, provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, coordinate cross-functional teams, troubleshoot operational issues, and scale account management processes to transition partners to strategic accounts.
