The Product Owner will support Vena’s data integrations and extensibility portfolio by translating product strategy into requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include backlog management, sprint planning, customer and partner feedback analysis, release performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires understanding REST APIs, ETL pipelines, integration patterns, secure data handling, API management, and Agile delivery within a B2B SaaS environment.

Architect and modernize Vena’s cloud-native backend platform. Lead design, performance optimization, and complex bug resolution. Mentor engineers, drive major technical initiatives, partner with product/architecture, and adopt AI-driven tooling to improve code quality, performance, and delivery.

Lead a backend Core Engineering team to deliver and modernize Vena's core platform. Provide technical leadership, hands-on engineering, system design, risk mitigation, mentoring, roadmap execution, and champion engineering best practices and AI-driven tooling to improve productivity and codebase health.

Lead and grow a global Developer Experience team to define and execute a GenAI-first platform strategy. Improve developer productivity via AI-assisted tooling, CI/CD, source control, artifact management, and automation. Partner with Product & Development to remove friction, measure delivery with DORA/flow metrics, mentor engineers, and deliver an internal developer platform that accelerates high-quality, predictable delivery.

Lead a software engineering team for a cloud-native SaaS product, drive system design with architects, deliver high-impact product enhancements, mentor engineers, improve codebase quality, manage roadmaps and risks, and promote AI-driven development and engineering best practices.

Develop and deliver scalable SaaS features, focusing on backend systems. Perform code reviews, improve code quality, mentor and coach developers, prioritize work, communicate across teams, and drive development best practices and initiatives.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex cross-team technical initiatives. Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure quality outcomes and business impact.

Coordinates and facilitates RFP, RFI, RFQ, and IT/security questionnaire responses for the global Sales team. Evaluates procurement requests, collaborates with technical and sales stakeholders, develops submission plans, manages deadlines, interprets technical requirements, and reviews deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy. Supports compelling proposals that communicate the company’s value proposition and help drive revenue growth.

Own and drive solution architecture and roadmap for cloud SaaS product features. Translate business requirements into resilient designs, validate engineering implementations, support Scrum teams, maintain architecture artifacts, participate in governance, and run PoCs to promote innovation while ensuring non-functional requirements and security standards.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting to engage SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise prospects. Qualify leads, converse with C-level and managers, build pipeline with Regional Sales Managers, drive attendance to webinars/events, track activity in Salesforce, and support marketing initiatives to influence the market.

Implement Vena for customers: configure data models, financial templates and reports, integrate data, automate workflows, run workshops to gather requirements, enable adoption, and work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Own and evolve the solution architecture for Acterys within a cloud SaaS platform. Design scalable, secure, high-performance data-rich systems; guide engineering delivery, perform design reviews, maintain architecture artifacts, enable teams, drive proofs-of-concept, and promote AI-assisted tooling and governance.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for Vena's C#/.NET Excel desktop add-in. Drive feature design, upgrades, performance optimization, complex bug fixes, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and technical initiatives to improve code and product quality while working on a distributed, remote-first team.
