Build desktop client features using TypeScript/React/HTML/CSS, contribute to platform and libraries, ensure long-term code quality, consume RESTful APIs, debug and optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Build and digitize customer forms within Weave’s software with high accuracy and attention to detail. Own digital forms cases, manage Salesforce tasks and project portfolios, coordinate with onboarding teams, troubleshoot implementation issues, and deliver a smooth customer experience. The role requires meeting SLAs in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment while communicating clearly, prioritizing work, and using reports and data to guide decisions. This position is remote in India.

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. Build UI components, integrate REST APIs, manage local data, write automated tests, fix bugs, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, design, backend, and engineering teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, pair programming, and technical decision-making while learning and applying mobile architecture and development best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Go-based backend services and RESTful APIs. Drive technical architecture, system reliability, observability, and long-term scalability while collaborating with product, design, and frontend teams. Participate in system design, project delivery, production on-call support, and engineering strategy. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to microservices, distributed systems, cloud deployments, and continuous improvement of healthcare technology platforms.

Own product marketing strategy for AI-powered healthcare solutions across key verticals. Conduct market research, customer discovery, competitive intelligence, and persona development; define positioning and messaging; manage a Customer Advisory Board; enable sales and customer teams; and develop partner marketing campaigns with EHR and practice management platforms. Use product analytics to optimize growth, adoption, pipeline, conversion, and expansion in a B2B SaaS environment.

Own the full mobile engineering lifecycle, including Flutter and Dart development, native iOS and Android integrations, architecture, CI/CD, testing, releases, monitoring, performance, and incident response. Build GitHub Actions and Fastlane pipelines, manage app-store compliance and SDK upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability and developer experience. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, Platform, Security, and Support teams while mentoring engineers.

Own strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and execution for Call Intelligence products. Translate call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into analytics and workflows that improve appointment conversion, staff performance, and revenue for healthcare practices. Partner with engineering, data, ML, design, and go-to-market teams to define metrics, run experiments, improve adoption, and deliver reliable AI-assisted products across distributed India and U.S. teams.
