Manage end-to-end technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and hiring coordination. Build candidate networks through market research and passive sourcing, advise clients and hiring managers, maintain strong relationships, meet recruiting metrics, and manage applicant tracking system records and reports. The role requires consultative communication, pipeline management, market intelligence, adaptability, organization, and strong client and candidate focus.

Lead and coach a team of recruiters to meet account hiring goals; develop sourcing strategies, manage performance and reporting, ensure SLA adherence, forecast resourcing, maintain data integrity, and partner with CRM and senior leadership to drive client satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end technical recruiting: source, screen, interview, and present candidates; build talent pipelines and client relationships; meet weekly/monthly submission and hire goals; maintain ATS and reporting; consult with hiring managers on selection and compensation.
