Job Description
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions in adherence to brand guideline.
Collaborate with UX designers to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate them into effective design solutions.
Apply user interface design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards to optimize the user experience.
Brief design ideas and prototypes to developers
Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and implementation consistency.
Identify creative ways to solve UX and enhance already existing user interface designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure design consistency and scalability.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Essential Skill set to have:Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Solid understanding of user interface design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and cross-platform compatibility.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Mandatory Skills-
Expertise in German Language
Should have completed A1 or B1 level in German Language
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Communication or related field.
