Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management, involving configuration, testing, and client communication.
Overview
This position will lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management application and any related solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration and deployment.
Position Requirements:
The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional consultant must deliver a solution that meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
This includes:
•Work with North America leads to support client Discovery sessions
•developing and documenting requirements,
•conducting hands-on configuration
•working with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions,
• Handling client communication, leading knowledge transfer and validation sessions,
•leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs),
•resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and
•supporting deployment and limited production issue resolution for 30 days after deployment
Experience (must have):
•The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant should have experience in the following cloud modules:
Time and Labor and Absence Management
•HCM Cloud modules (Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, HR Help Desk) is a plus
•At least 4 to 8 years of Oracle experience and Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Implementations for 3+ Oracle Cloud HCM projects including hands-on configuration.
•Strong business communication and client facing skills.
•Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, client user training and communication.
•Ability to work with Highstreet onshore and offshore functional and technical staff
•Oracle Certified in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management module.
Good To Have:
•Ability to work with other HCM Cloud modules along with Time and Labor and Absence (Payroll, Core HR)
•Software / Modules / Versions: Oracle Cloud release 21+
