Job responsibilities
- Deliver for specific clients in either Fund Accounting or Financial Reporting
- Perform activities on time while adhering to regulatory norms and guidelines
- Leverage knowledge to identify improvements in processes in response to client requirements
- Escalate issues to leads and collaborate with relevant parties to implement solutions
- Perform routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions and tasks with moderate to advanced complexity
- Diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolution within defined autonomy
- Manage customer accounts, process payments, income, or taxes, and resolve queries across multiple corporate and income-related events
- Understand the asset servicing lifecycle
- Serve as point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service
- Review peer work and offer suggestions on process improvements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Completed 3 years of articleship
- Minimum 0-6 months post-CA work experience
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; team player
- Aptitude for problem-solving and curiosity to learn and engage across teams and divisions
- Ability to manage risk and drive excellence for clients
- Willingness to work in different time zones
- Comfortable joining our offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad
