About the Role
We are looking for a passionate 3D Sculptor / 3D Model Designer to join our growing team in Pune.
This position is ideal for a fresher, recent graduate, or candidate with 0–1 year of experience who loves 3D modelling, digital sculpting and product design.
Around 90% of the role will focus on 3D sculpting and model designing, while the remaining time may involve supporting other creative startup activities such as social media, photography, video editing, flyers and marketing creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models and digital sculptures of idols, statues and figurines.
- Convert reference images and sketches into accurate 3D models.
- Design print-ready models for resin/FDM 3D printing.
- Work on facial features, clothing, jewellery, ornaments and fine details.
- Create and optimize STL/OBJ/3MF files.
- Develop new spiritual and product designs.
- Modify designs based on feedback.
- Support basic photography, video editing, social media and promotional creatives when required.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Blender and/or ZBrush.
- Interest in digital sculpting and 3D modelling.
- Basic understanding of 3D printing.
- Good sense of proportions, anatomy and detailing.
- Ability to work from reference images.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Freshers are welcome. We value passion, creativity, learning ability and a strong portfolio more than years of experience.
Portfolio is mandatory. Academic, personal or 3D-printed projects are welcome.
