Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a global, luxury hotel management company. We manage over 120 hotels and resorts and 50 private residences in 47 countries around the world and growing. The Account Director, Group Sales plays a key role in driving market revenue growth and elevating strategic account performance across the Group segment.
In this role you will be responsible for managing customer relationships in the US-Midwest market, a portfolio of key accounts, establishing strategies to increase market share, develop new business and foster exceptional relationships in order to meet/exceed revenue targets set annually.
This position reports to the Senior Regional Director of Sales and involves interactions with both internal stakeholders at various levels and external clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Management of personal accounts and goals:
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding established sales and activity goals through a strategic, data-informed approach to business development.
Cultivate and expand underdeveloped accounts and territories, increasing global awareness and engagement across the Four Seasons portfolio.
Establish trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders by effectively navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making hierarchies.
Serve as single point of contact to sell all hotels and related product lines (Yacht, Jet, Experiences) in the portfolio, demonstrating exceptional individual property product knowledge across all regions.
Balance strategic account management with proactive new business development, while efficiently handling a high volume of inbound leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally with on-property sales managers, leadership across disciplines, and internal teams to align objectives and exceed collective goals.
Strategically increase targeted hotel segment production.
Organize in-market sales events and sales calls in conjunction with hotel sales trips.
Address complex challenges with thoughtful, stakeholder-centric solutions that drive long-term value.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that translate into actionable daily activities with measurable outcomes.
Deliver high-impact on-line presentations.
Maintain exceptional standards in written communication and client relationship management.

What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/account management
Experience in the luxury hotel market is considered an asset
Relationships with travel advisors and owners in the market is considered an asset
Completed undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university.

This is a remote, home-based position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US and must available to work during central standard time business hours.
