As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on the Global Capability Centers (GCCs) segment, you will drive Redis Enterprise adoption among some of the world’s largest organizations’ technology hubs in India. GCCs are where global enterprises centralize and scale their most critical technology operations, and you’ll be helping these teams modernize their data layer to deliver unmatched performance, scalability, and real-time capabilities.
From powering real-time risk analytics in financial services to enabling next-gen customer experiences for global retail and powering AI-driven platforms, Redis Enterprise is the real-time data platform of choice. Your customers will be global brands with strategic technology centers in India, giving you a unique opportunity to influence high-impact projects at a global scale.
If you are a strategic seller who thrives on building executive-level relationships, navigating complex enterprise structures, and winning transformational deals, this role is for you.What you’ll do
  • Own the GCC customer segment – Develop and execute a territory plan targeting global enterprises’ technology and innovation centers in India.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Engage C-level executives, enterprise architects, and senior stakeholders to position Redis as a mission-critical component in their architecture.
  • Drive complex sales cycles from initial engagement to contract closure, exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with Redis solution architects, customer success, and product teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
  • Develop account penetration strategies for new and existing customers, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities across global operations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Redis solutions, competitive landscape, and industry trends relevant to the GCC ecosystem.
What you’ll need to have
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to large global enterprises.
  • Experience selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large enterprise shared service/technology hubs in India.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers across technical and business teams.
  • Expertise in complex, consultative, and value-based selling in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to driving new business and expanding account relationships.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales quotas in previous roles.
