Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle, developing and executing strategic account plans, and building deep, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the full sales cycle, from continuously prospecting new business opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring sales quotas are consistently met or exceeded.
Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making on account strategy, actively leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data (like Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert to align Iron Mountain solutions with customer business objectives.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic selling, account management, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Strong knowledge of customer business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Iron Mountain's value proposition.
Proven ability in negotiation, strategic thinking, and building long-term, high-value relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
