About the role
Kenect is looking for a Account manager who will be working to expand our current customer base through consulting with customers and customer success managers on the goals and needs of our current customers. This role will be responsible for hitting growth targets and will have access to all of Kenect's products and solutions to do so. As both a strategic seller, and customer consultant the account manager will focus on solving problems, reducing churn, and growing accounts. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform product offering demos to existing and expansion opportunities  
      • Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily  
      • Align Kenect solutions with prospect business objectives and needs  
      • Collaborate with Client Success Manager to schedule meetings and demos with clients  
      • Work with leadership to identify and progress towards career advancement goals  

      Skills & Qualification  

      • 2-3 years of Sales experience 
      • Customer success or account management experience preferred 
      • Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing clients 
      • Educating existing clients on new solutions and product offerings 
      • Excellent communication and pipeline management skills 
      • Discovery questions, active listening, and objection handling skills 
      • Salesforce knowledge a plus
