Key Responsibilities- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth across various Digital Media solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on the opportunity pipeline, ensuring ongoing progress and a positive outlook.
- Perform detailed research on customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead strategic account planning, aligning with clients' business objectives and encouraging long-term partnerships.
- Initiate outbound prospecting to establish new business relationships and sell into multiple organizational levels.
- Conduct daily customer engagements through video calls, proposing customized solutions to tackle strategic objectives and difficulties.
- Ensure the successful deployment of products and promptly address any client concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists to improve the footprint of Adobe Solution streams.
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of successfully implementing strategic account plans.
- Proficient in establishing and cultivating connections with influential decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and leverage insights to drive growth.
- Familiarity with Adobe's product offerings and the digital media landscape is a plus
- Highly motivated and results-focused with a passion for achieving outstanding performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with broader organizational goals.
