We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about numbers, compliance, and contributing to a high-performance environment, we want to hear from you.
What will you do ?
- General Ledger & Journal Entries: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare/post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and allocations in line with GAAP.
- Financial Close & Reconciliations: Support month-end and year-end close processes, including conducting balance sheet account reconciliations and reviewing financial data.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate internal and external financial statements and reports.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Provide schedules, documentation, and insights for audits and tax filings to ensure compliance and readiness.
- O2C Process Management: Oversee the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring timely revenue recognition and efficient cash flow operations.
- Miscellaneous activities to support the operational activities of the organization
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: IPCC qualified with 3 years of Articleship experience, preferably in consulting or US accounting firms; or a graduate with at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Technical Expertise: Solid working knowledge of US GAAP is mandatory; experience with ERP systems like NetSuite (preferred) and/or QuickBooks is required.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
- Skills & Abilities: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and effective organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
