About the Role:
We’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. The role involves preparing and reviewing bank reconciliations for Ontario (ON), Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), and Manitoba (MB), as well as managing the subledgers for these provinces to ensure accurate bank entries. The position also includes assisting the payouts team with finance-related functions and supporting month-end tasks. Additional responsibilities include participating in special projects, system enhancements, or ad hoc analyses as assigned.
What You’ll Do:
· Prepare and review Ontario (ON), Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC) and Manitoba (MB) bank reconciliations.
· Manage ON, AB, BC and MB subledgers and ensure accurate bank entries.
Assisting payouts team with finance related functions
Assist in the Month end tasks
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to participate in special projects, system enhancements or ad hoc analyses as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
Highly organized, attentive, flexible, and has sense of urgency
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Ability to multitask.
Education & Experience:
Outstanding analytical and communications skills
CA
Technology skills: Microsoft Excel- Required
