We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Specialist who has experience in the field of accounting, can manage our company’s financial processes effectively, and possesses strong analytical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is expected to meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilites
- Recording daily accounting transactions in accordance with legal regulations,
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.),
- Monitoring and reporting cash flow,
- Budget tracking and variance analysis,
- Supporting processes related to tax and social security declarations,
- Analyzing financial data and presenting management reports,
- Preparing documentation related to audit processes,
- Ensuring the smooth execution of the company's financial operations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or other related departments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance,
- Possesses general accounting knowledge and is capable of accurately recording accounting transactions,
- Able to prepare and interpret financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements,
- Capable of conducting financial analysis and reporting to management,
- Experienced in using the Luca accounting software,
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP),
- Preferably with a good command of English,
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach,
- A team player with strong communication skills.
