Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet standards of production and quality in the completion of assigned tasks
- Processing and accounting for accounts payable transactions
- Identify areas of improvement and software enhancements
- Manage Errors and reporting for outsource team
- Coding and calculations related to accounting transactions
- Reviews and determines accuracy of source data, account balances, calculations, postings, etc investigates and reconciles any discrepancies
- Analyze compiled data and recommend appropriate actions
- Ensure that all processes are in accordance with Sox
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree (or degree in progress) in accounting or related field is preferred; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence and to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discipline and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year
