Job DescriptionAn Accounts Receivable Executive at IFS is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of products and services across all internal and external business streams. This role involves interpreting billing instructions from the business and ensuring that invoices issued to customers and related parties are accurate, legally compliant, and free from any obstacles that may delay payment.
Additionally, the AR Executive supports the MCPR process, which facilitates the automatic billing of Project Consultants' time across entities. The role also includes processing intercompany charges in compliance with relevant regulations, managing intercompany receipt allocations through the netting process, and handling recharges.
The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong reporting and coordination abilities. A solid understanding of local taxation requirements is beneficial and will be further developed. Furthermore, the AR Executive is expected to continuously expand their knowledge of business processes and share insights to support and guide others.
QualificationsEducation:
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in the accounting and finance field.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the finance field.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuously expanding functional and technical domain knowledge.
Specific Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel is mandatory) with background in MS Outlook
