Applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of software and computer systems. Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements, evaluate alternative approaches and ensure software and systems are designed to facilitate ease of use and seamless integration into the target environments. Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts, tools and practices to facilitate system functionality, security and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Provides Software Engineering for moderately complex applications.
- Designs, codes, tests and documents moderately complex systems, considering impact on the broader landscape, systems and components.
- Provides technical advice and support across systems, recommending enhancements to improve system-to-system specific operations and alignment.
- Estimates complex software development tasks to within predictable variances, given specified functional and business requirements.
- Helps define and support secure coding standards across the organization.
- Works with QA leads to ensure quality and performance adherence to specifications for overall release.
- Provides Q&A and peer review for developers.
- Identifies and implements tasks that generate greater efficiency across appropriate teams.
- Reviews the work of and provides technical advice and guidance for less experienced software engineers.
- Serves as project leader for localized development teams from a design and execution point of view.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver scalable, high-end solutions for blue-chip organizations across the globe.
- Design and build of scalable technology stack.
- Support investigation and solve defects.
- Estimate new feature requests and research new technologies to develop applications.
- Report progress to line management
- Collaborate with product development teams, our local project teams in various region and if needed with our customers.
- Configuration and Development of user story solutions (design, develop, test)
- Delivery of user stories
- Version control and release management
- Testing using in-house test tools and devices.
- Trouble shooting / problem management.
- May act as ‘primus inter pares’ between team and manager and guides team without hierarchical management responsibilities.
- May instructs, coach and develop team members and provide input to performance reviews by manager.
- May ensure proper utilization of team members and safeguards quality of output of team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 plus years of experience on similar position
- Experience with full software development life cycle, continuous integration, unit testing, and version control.
- Good communicative and written English
- Master or Bachelor in IT systems, computer systems or related.
Must Have :
- HTML5/XML/CSS & Angular (at least Angular2)
- C# / .NET Core,
- MS SQL, Couch DB/No SQL,
- REST,
- Docker, Redis, Azure Exposure,
- RabbitMQ
- Net 2 onwards/.NET Core.
