As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect to drive enterprise-grade implementations that deliver impact at scale.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable AEM platforms for enterprise clients. This role will be critical in shaping digital content strategies, leading migration efforts, and ensuring seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud products and enterprise systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement AEM-based digital platforms for enterprise content management and engagement.
Lead migration projects from legacy platforms to AEM with minimal business disruption.
Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
Collaborate with design/UX teams to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 and accessibility standards.
Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Target, Campaign, Launch).
Optimize dispatcher, CDN, and cloud configurations for security, scalability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
Partner with stakeholders to present and align on architectural strategies.
7+ years of AEM development experience, including 3+ years as an Architect.
In-depth expertise in JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Dispatcher configurations.
Proven experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
Strong background in backend integrations (REST APIs, CRM, ERP systems).
Knowledge of frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, AJAX.
Proficiency in testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – AEM Sites Architect/Developer.
Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Life Sciences, BFSI) is an advantage.
