Role Overview
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to design, develop, and implement customer data and personalization solutions using Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, data integration, customer identity management, and digital marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications- Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions to support customer data unification and activation.
- Develop and manage XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
- Configure and maintain RT-CDP, Audience Manager, and Journey Optimizer integrations.
- Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines from various data sources into AEP.
- Implement customer segmentation, audience activation, and personalization use cases.
- Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud products with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements.
- Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are adhered to.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues related to data flows and customer profiles.
- Support end-to-end deployment and maintenance of Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- XDM Schema Design
- Real-Time Customer Profile
- Identity Service
- Audience Activation
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience in API integrations and data ingestion frameworks.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts.
- Experience with Python or Java for integrations and automation.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
