What You'll Be Doing:
- identifying and contacting potential partners through email and LinkedIn, categorizing leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation;
- building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns, and discussing possible strategies with partners;
- tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals;
- researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies.
- advanced English level and fluency in Ukrainian;
- experience in affiliate marketing/sales for 2+ years;
- excellent business communication and argumentation skills;
- strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights, and apply them in negotiations;
- high productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
