What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a consultant to join our Legal Operations practice.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:
- Build and customize contract templates on Agiloft
- Design and configure, workflows, rules dashboards • Integrate Agiloft system with systems like CRM, ERP, e-signature tools
- Work with APIs and connectors for smooth data flow
- Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance and best practices across projects
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Agiloft
- Agiloft Certified Implementer” certification is a must have
- Hands-on expertise with Agiloft’s KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration capabilities
- Deep background in business rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing various CLM tools
- Mentor and coach team member and expand expertise on Agiloft
- Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understood
