Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and AI solutioning aligned to business objectives
- Translate business problems into scalable AI-driven architectures and solutions
- Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models and pipelines
- Drive integration of AI capabilities into applications and workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define use cases
- Ensure model performance, reliability, and production stability
- Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven improvements
- Oversee end-to-end delivery including development, testing, and support
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Solid experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization
- Solid understanding of data processing, APIs, and system integration
- Expertise in full-stack development (React JS/Angular + backend technologies)
- Proven expertise in AI solutioning, translating business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive end-to-end delivery
- Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
