All of our products are built with a reusable AI framework designed for scalability, security, and enterprise compliance. We are now seeking a senior AI Platform Engineer to take these platforms from prototype to production-ready, enterprise-grade deployments.
Your MissionYou will own the architecture, design, and operational deployment of GTM Intelli’s AI Platform. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — designing scalable AI systems, integrating LLMs, enforcing security, and operationalizing production-level AI workflows for thousands of concurrent agents.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Design- Define the technical architecture for GTM Intelli’s AI platform, including agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and secure data flows.
- Translate GTM strategy into modular AI agent designs that scale across products and enterprise clients.
- Evaluate and integrate LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Knapsack, etc.) based on performance, cost, and data sensitivity.
- Establish standards for API usage, orchestration logic, HITL workflows, and decisioning frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, ISO, and other enterprise regulations.
- Audit and optimize existing prototypes, defining the fastest and most reliable path to production.
- Architect and deploy secure, scalable infrastructure using GCP, Firebase, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Containerize, migrate, and operationalize platforms with CI/CD pipelines, and autoscaling.
- Implement large-scale AI agent execution (1,000+ concurrent processes) with memory, goal logic, and guardrails.
- Integrate third-party systems: Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Salesforce, HubSpot, Calendly, Terminus, SalesLoft, and others.
- Manage authentication, RBAC, secrets management, and multi-tenant data isolation.
- Work closely with leadership and engineering teams to shape the platform’s evolution.
- Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, observability, and reliability.
- Mentor and help grow a team of AI engineers and DevOps specialists over time.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 4+ years in AI/ML architecture, enterprise systems design, or full-stack platform engineering.
- Proven experience deploying AI/LLM applications at scale (LangChain, Claude, GPT, etc.).
- Expert-level experience with Firebase and migrating prototypes to production.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GTM/CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Terminus, SalesLoft).
- Solid development background: Node.js, Python, React/Next.js, modern front-end/backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance (auth flows, encryption, RBAC, abuse prevention).
- Ability to think in systems and platforms, not just individual apps.
- Experience orchestrating 100+ concurrent agents or processes in production.
- Hands-on experience with real-time messaging, call flows, or voice agents.
- Background in AI-native startups or labs.
- Passion for building tools that redefine enterprise GTM operations.
