What you will be doing

• Collects, documents, and confirms business requirements and functional specifications

• Defines, develops, and delivers test plans and associated test case scenarios

• Supports in developing, writing, and communicating business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions

• Supports various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions

• Supports delivering engagements for technology solutions practice and helps troubleshoot issues that arise from translation of requirements

• Keeps stakeholders informed of problems, issues, and resolutions and manages their expectations

• Works in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements

• Supports in analyzing customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements

• Supports in review and approval of test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk

• Assists with tasks and deliverables related to System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions

• Develops and executes functional unit test (FUT) and broader system integration tests

• Investigates and documents project issues and detailed requirements

• Creates defects against test scripts and provides support for remediation activities

• Develops and reviews web-based training assets that will be deployed to the external customers

• Creates reporting and databases to support multiple ongoing projects at a time

• Participates in user and project meetings and teams to expand knowledge; facilitates project status meetings, tracks project status

• Works in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements

• Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and support of the eQMS, including user account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

Provide basic training to end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support to users to help them navigate the system effectively and address any queries they may have.

Help in managing data within the eQMS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Assist in generating standard reports as required by quality management teams and other stakeholders.

What your background should look like 

Experience & Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
