Overview:
The Analyst- Logistics Support is responsible to deliver end-to-end logistics support for few of international markets, ensuring timely inbound/outbound flows, accurate inventory and order management, and effective coordination of repack and packaging activities. Act as the operational link between suppliers, 3PLs, sales, finance and planning to resolve issues, support month-end closing and drive continuous improvement. The candidate would be expected to smartly align the priorities of Business stakeholders to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order lifecycle: open orders, STOs, PO support and Ariba PO creation; create/manual ASN when required.
- Coordinate inbound operations, warehouse activities and inventory control to maintain accurate stock and availability.
- Create and execute repack plans (including repalletization and base stock checks) and coordinate with vendors/3PLs on repack stock.
- Create FTLs and coordinate transport where needed; manage shipping documentation and IDoc resolution.
- Review and Approving Draft documents, Shipping documents processing & dispatch.
- Handle invoicing processes, blocked invoices, claims/non-physical disputes support month-end close activities.
- Monitor performance & KPIs, prepare regular reports and participate in operational calls/meetings; escalate issues and drive corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Key Interfaces:
- Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Vendors/Suppliers
- Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
- Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Invoice processing, Supply chain/Logistics Management
- Must: Working Knowledge in SAP (Doc knowledge helpful), Proficient in Excel
- Working knowledge of SRM, Ariba, Excel Macro will be an added advantage.
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English.
- Problem solving, critical thinking & ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
