Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with internal teams to create scalable, end-to-end solutions using a variety of low-code and automation platforms. As a Low Code Developer in our Automation and Transformation team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with internal teams to create scalable, end-to-end solutions using a variety of low-code and automation platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading technologies and contribute to impactful business outcomes within the Treasury & Execution Middle Office.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and work with Corporate Technology and self-service platforms to design and implement solutions.
- Enhance the delivery of financial and business information across key deliverables.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, PowerApps, and other low-code/no-code tools.
- Utilize Python, JavaScript, and Java to support custom development and integration needs.
- Deliver solutions that reduce manual work, improve analytics, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders and lead developers to ensure requirements are accurately captured and solutions meet client needs.
- Communicate open items, issues, and deadlines clearly and effectively.
- Lead development, non-development, and training initiatives that add value to client service delivery.
- Support the end-to-end solution delivery life cycle, including ongoing support for end users.
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, PowerApps, Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn new self-service data analytics and process automation tools, as well as the basics of project management and business analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
