Job Description

Why we need you. We’re growing and our clients deserve the best. This may include new business applications, maintenance items, transfer paperwork and various other supplemental accounting paperwork. In this role, as well as all roles within MassMutual, you will demonstrate accountability, agility, a dedication to be inclusive, a strong business acumen, and will show courage, even in the most difficult situations. We also highly value strong communication skills, a passion for learning, leadership traits, resilience, and self-awareness.

Required skills and qualifications - The qualifications that are needed for this role:

• Good communication skills

• Excellent data entry skills

• 0-1 years financial services industry knowledge or experience in similar process support (US insurance Mandatory) or Fresher with no experience (2024 or 2025 pass outs)

Any Graduation but no for B.tech

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines

• Ability to work overtime and/or work a flexible shift arrangement as business needs arise. Preferred qualifications - Additional skills/requirements that make you a great fit

• Passion to start a career in financial services industry

• College degree preferred or equivalent business experience

• Work timings: • This role requires flexibility to work in shifts (night shift in India) as per business requirements on a rotational basis.
