How will you do it?
Order Booking
Calls customers for revenue recognition and ensure payment within credit terms. Responds to queries, corrects problems within designated timeframes. Reviews, edits, codes, batches, and enters, accounts receivable financial transactions, assists cash application with reconciliation of accounts. Investigates customer payment history and source of original payments received historically. Graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 Years suggested minimum experience. Fluent in English communication and experience of International process is mandatory.

What you will do:
The right person will listen to understand customer needs, probe to recognize opportunities, solve problems, and recommend solutions. The candidate we are looking for must have a passion for customer focus and service understanding to promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners and facilities.
You will reach out via phone and email to leads from several campaigns. The campaigns consist of HVAC equipment, controls, planned service agreements, and inbound lead requests. You will qualify these leads and secure meetings for your outside counterpart. To be successful, you will develop a follow-up process, build relationships with your sales reps, and maintain a pipeline.
How you will do it:
- You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings for your outside counterpart.
- Interacting with customers daily, you will identify and offer appropriate solutions or hand off any booked meetings to the appropriate rep.
- You will be responsible for following up with your outside counterpart after the meeting takes place and throughout the sales cycle.
- From there, you will build and maintain your pipeline.
What we look for:
Required:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Proactive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in the HVAC industry or related fields.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
