Analyst - QA Benchmark (Replacement Position of Suraj Kumar)

Designs and customizes software applications, manages releases, gathers stakeholder requirements, mentors junior engineers, maintains technical documentation, evaluates performance metrics, and partners with Quality Assurance to ensure reliable, compliant software. The role also uses market trends to guide product improvements and participates in peer programming, design sprints, and prototyping. Requires independent judgment, consistent attendance, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.

Develop and maintain automation workflows using RPA tools and programming languages. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, test and debug bots, document solutions, monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, support financial close and period management, manage technology refreshes, assist with feed transitions, and support audit requests and system stability.

Leads SAP FI and Accounts Receivable consulting across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and production support. Partners with finance, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensure quality and traceability, resolve complex AR issues, and support integrated financial processes. Owns functional workstream planning, estimates, coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and delivery governance while mentoring consultants and driving standardization and continuous improvement.
