Job Description
Required Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries for data validation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS).
- Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, including star/snowflake schemas and relational databases (Vertica, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience with Python and developing automation utilities.
- Experience with ETL testing methodologies, including data completeness, correctness, transformation, and reconciliation testing.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for report validation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Big Data and Cloud platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python / Java Selenium) for test automation.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
