What You’ll Be Doing:
Position Summary
The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for optimizing workforce operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasting staffing needs, and developing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels. The analyst will monitor real-time performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to workforce performance and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecasting and Scheduling: Implement forecasting models and schedules to meet service level objectives.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on workforce metrics, including attendance, performance, and call center statistics (daily, weekly, and monthly) and help identify trends to promote decision making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Provide real-time monitoring and adjustments to staffing levels to meet service demands.
Essential Skills (Required) :
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a WFM role.
- Hands-on RTA/Scheduling Experience with Genesis application (minimum 1 year.)
- Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely well-organized with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Critical thinking with the ability to contribute to challenging assignments in a business environment.
- A high sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional learning agility and possess a highly developed curiosity.
Good To Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be preferred.
- SQL knowledge.
Mandatory Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
