What are we looking for? Here’s what you need:
Must have:
Typically has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, which may include:
• May be required to work from home occasionally
• May be required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours
• May be required to work on different shifts.
• Problem solving and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access
• Analytical/problem solving skills; collects and researches data
• Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities
• Program/project management (work planning, metrics, status reporting)
• Understanding of internal processes, e.g. ACN Sales Operations
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment
• Flexibility Time management

• Must be flexible to support the working hours for the assigned Market Unit or other business area
• Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs
• Must have excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines

Roles and Responsibilities: The work:
You will be a trusted advisor for some of Accenture’s senior business leaders, responsible for sales&operations in a geographical area or family of services. You’ll interpret data about sales, future sales, clients, etc and tell a story with your insights. You’ll assess strengths and weaknesses and recommend actions to help senior leadership achieve their sales plans. You will leverage standard tools delivered by our Center of Excellence and/or work with them to fill in gaps, when needed.
• Support the design and execution of programs or initiatives.
• Experience with advanced MS Excel functions.
• Skilled in Visual Basic Excel Macro Programming
• Manage MS Access Databases and SharePoint Sites
• Leverage existing processes and implement new processes to improve program performance and outcomes.
• Handle program reporting (e.g., gather data, track metrics, and assemble status reports).
• Analyze information and prepare management reports and other materials for leadership meetings.
• Monitor and improve the accuracy of data within the operations systems; interface with other teams as needed to ensure data is updated correctly.
• Support meetings and other communications for the program leads.
