Key Responsibilities :
As a Lead, responsible for Workday Recruiting delivery and configuration. Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday Recruiting implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement.

Technical Experience :
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Recruiting is mandatory.

Professional Attributes :
Minimum 5.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
